Tony Picarello, President - Mr. Picarello has over 25 year of automotive and transportation experience from his roles as Vice President, Global Heavy Duty Sales and Marketing for Westport Innovations, Executive Director of Marketing for Volvo Trucks North America, and key executive sales, brand, product development and marketing positions at Ford Motor Company and American Racing Equipment. He has successfully introduced numerous compelling and profitable solutions into the marketplace.
Robert Dean, Chief Program Manager - Mr. Dean has over 26 years of experience in product management and development in the automotive industry. His experience includes leading teams in development of PEM fuel cells, hybrid vehicle battery packs, electric motor / generators, and low noise invertors for companies such as GMC - Delco Remy (EV-1 project), Brooks Automation, and UQM Technologies. Mr. Dean received a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a MS in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University.
Craig Diehl, Environmental Engineer Director - Mr. Diehl contributes 20 years of Environmental Consulting and Project Management experience. His work history includes 13 years as a partner in private consulting, 3 years as Director of Safety and Environmental Compliance for Cypress Semiconductor, and 2 years as a consultant for Jones and Neuse Engineering and Environmental Consultants.
Steward Nazzaro, Information Technology Officer - Mr. Nazzaro has over 30 years of IT experience as a CIO and Partner level consulting roles. His background includes senior IT roles as CIO at Pacific USA Holdings, EVP Strategic Systems at MBNA America, VP - Systems & Technology at Home Insurance Company, VP - Systems and Support at Zale Corporation. He has served as a Partner in practice leadership roles with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Computer Science Corporation (CSC) & KPMG Peat Marwick (Bearing Point).

Bill C. Bradley, Principle Investor and Strategic Advisor - Mr. Bradley has 50 years of business experience in various industries, both product and service. He is serving as the strategic advisor from conception to market entry for the ZES products.
Mr. Bradley began his business career in product oriented industries and then migrated to the professional service industries. He served as a Partner of the international accounting firm - Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Company (PMM&C) for 22 years. He developed the strategy for the international firm KPMG, and served as a member of the Board of Directors during the transition from PMM&C to the world-wide organization KPMG. He was a founding Partner of what is today the management consulting firm Bearing Point. Mr. Bradley retired from KPMG in 1991 and organized a U.S. based holding company - Pacific USA (PUSA) with core businesses in financial services, real estate, technology and investment banking. PUSA became a company with over 3,000 employees in the U.S. Western Europe and Asia.
In 2006, he became the Principal Investor in Zero Emission Systems. Over the last 4 years, he has been directly involved with the Management Team in the development of the Class 7 & 8 heavy-duty vehicle ZES Electric Traction system including the issuance of domestic and international product patents.
Warner Olan Harries, P.E. Principle Inventor - Mr. Harris has over 30 years of experience in project management, control systems design, fuel cell design, petrochemical and power generation. His experience includes private consulting, 15 years with Bechtel Corporation, 4 years with Fluor Corporation, 10 years with Singer/American meter Corp, as well as successful operation of several product development enterprises.
Dr. Marshall Miller, Chief Advisor, Battery Technology - Dr. Miller received his doctorate in physics from the University of Pennsylvania. Since 1993 he has worked the Institute of Transportation Studies at the University of California - Davis as a Senior Development Engineer. He manages the Hybrid Vehicle Propulsion Systems Laboratory where he studies advanced batteries, ultra-capacitors and fuel cells. His work focuses on understanding advanced vehicle technology to reduce criteria pollutants, lower greenhouse gas emissions and increase vehicle efficiency.
Wayne Turnbow, Electrical Engineering - Mr. Turnbow has 30 years of experience in control and electrical system design. His expertise includes electrical control and panel fabrication. He was also the owner of Smart Farms, Inc., an agricultural electronic development company.
