Chief Executive Officer — Cherod Weber
Cherod is a former BMW Manufacturing executive with over 25 years of experience in OEM automotive manufacturing, R & D, new product launch, and industrial management. He has managed multiple new BMW vehicle launch programs and managed design teams, production groups, and supply chains in North America, Europe, South America, and Africa. Over the last two years, Cherod has worked in the EV sector laying the ground-work for multiple EV start-ups to launch production and R & D facilities in the US for the innovative lithium battery, and drive train and motor systems, in both the heavy-duty truck and passenger vehicle sectors. He is well entrenched within Federal, State, & Local governments on both domestic and international fronts having served two US Congressionally appointed terms on the US EXIM Bank Advisory Committee.
chief of Engineering — Walter Mitchell
Walter is Graduate of New York Institute of Technology with over 30 years of experience working in both a low and medium rate manufacturing environment. He has 19 years of direct “turnkey” vehicle manufacturing experience which includes the design of vehicle chassis, suspension components, engine accessories, body components & vehicle sub systems utilizing various Computer Aided Design applications including CATIA, Pro/Engineer and SolidWorks. He has in depth experience and knowledge of production fixturing design and manufacturing, as well as “Intra Manufacturing” Quality Control processes & requirements.

Terry is an experienced ops and production manager and has years of experience working for Can Am Custom Trucks, Fontaine Modification, Freightliner (Production/Engineering), and Cummins Atlantic.

Coleman provides broad-based strategic alternatives to ZES/CTS, manages the ZES intellectual property portfolio in conjunction with Dennemeyer and Associates, and is de facto chief financial officer for ZES/CTS.

Adrian serves as North American President of Ricardo, Inc. He is a tenured global transportation executive with extensive product and technology leadership in manufacturing, electrification, telematics and powertrains.
Chief Advisor/Supply chain — Brendan Riley
Brendan serves as President & Director of the Green Power Motor Company. He has over 28 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, Material Handling, Fleet Sales and Operations. He has overseen the launch of dozens of commercial EV products and the delivery of hundreds of various types of EVs.
Chief Advisor/Battery Technology — Dr. Marshall Miller
Dr. Miller manages University of California Hybrid Vehicle Propulsion Systems Laboratory. His work focuses on advanced technologies and fuels to increase fuel economy and reduce emissions in the transportation sector.

Tave is the lead consultant for Tave Campbell Insight/Strategy. Working as a brand development strategist for more than 30 years, Tave has helped cultivate and evolve brand strategy for both Fortune 1000 and new/emerging companies.
